The INTERNATIONAL Facts
Even as Jack Vickers was blueprinting the layout of Castle Pines Golf Club back in 1981, he was envisioning the format of the PGA TOUR event that the golf course would host. His hope was to include a strong contingent of foreign players among the field and he knew that in order to attract those players, the event had to be as enticing as the venue on which it was to be played. Year after year The INTERNATIONAL continues to draw a top-notch field, and boasts of champions such as Ernie Els, Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Phil Mickelson, Lee Janzen and Vijay Singh. This maverick event is still one of America’s favorites. Its uniqueness places it among the top-viewed golf events of the year.
We invite you to come and see for yourself the Tournament that stands tall in the Rockies.
